About DrillTable

DrillTable is an independent reference for cordless drill specs and drilling numbers: a sortable comparison of current models, and charts for speeds, pilot holes, tap drills, and hole saws. It is a one-person publishing project, built and maintained by a single operator. It is not affiliated with any tool brand or retailer.

Why it exists

The numbers you need to choose a drill or drill a hole are scattered across manufacturer pages, supplier catalogs, and forum threads, and they do not always agree. One listing says 550 UWO, another says 300 in-lbs for the same tool, and the torque wars make brand-published numbers hard to compare at all. This site puts the numbers side by side, cites where each one came from, and prints disagreements instead of papering over them.

How the tables are made

What this site is not

It is not a tool dealer, no brand pays for placement, and there is no claim of professional trade or engineering credentials behind it. What backs these tables is the sourcing method described above, not a résumé. When a figure is wrong, it gets fixed and the correction is noted.
